Based upon feedbacks/comments, etc from stakeholders, the Financial Statement (C&I) Taxonomy, Business Rules and Validation Tool (beta version) have been developed and these are available on the MCA XBRL website (http://www.mca.gov.in/XBRL/index.html). Final Validation Tool and subsequent XBRL filings of financial statements for F.Y. 2011-12 on MCA website would be enabled with effect from 14th October, 2012.
In this regard, the Ministry of Corporate Affairs is holding a consultative meeting with XBRL software Vendors on 10.10.2012 (Wednesday) at 3.00 pm at Conference Room, MCA, 5th Floor, Shastri Bhawan, New Delhi. All issues relevant for smooth and efficient XBRL filings for FY 2011-12 would be discussed in the Meeting.
