  Also a statement on the status of actions initated against promoters/directors of such companies .

• Status of action initiated against vanishing companies and its Promoters / directors under the provisions of Companies Act, 1956 and under Indian Penal code.

  Minutes of the Meeting of the Co-coordination and Monitoring Committee (CMC) on reviewing the actions takend and decisions made regarding Vanishing Companies are made available.
