New version of Form 1A, 1, 18, 61, FTE, CLSS 2010 and EES 2011 will be available on the Portal, effective 13th November, 2011. All Stakeholders are requested to use new version w.e.f. 13th November, 2011 (6.00 AM) as the current version of these forms will be discontinued.  *For filing of financial statements in XBRL mode, new Form 23AC-XBRL and Form 23ACA-XBRL (vide Notification dated 05th October, 2011) will be available on the Portal, effective 6th October, 2011 (6.00 AM).  *Revised Form 5 (vide Notification dated 23rd September, 2011) will be available on the Portal, effective 25th September, 2011. All Stakeholders are requested to use new version w.e.f. 25th September, 2011 (6.00 AM) as the current version of these forms will be discontinued.  *Revised Form 23AC and Form 23ACA will be available on the Portal, effective 12th August, 2011. All Stakeholders are requested to use new version w.e.f. 12th August, 2011 (6.00 AM) as the current version of these forms will be discontinued.  *Please note that with effect from 24th July 2011, stamp duty payable on Form No. 1, Memorandum of Association, Articles of Association, Form 5 and Form No. 44 in respect of states of Goa, Daman and Diu, Nagaland and Dadra and Nagar Haveli should be compulsory paid electronically at the time of their e-filing through MCA portal.  *New Form 1A (refer notification dated 14 July, 2011) will be available on the Portal, effective 24th July, 2011 (6.00 AM). All Stake holders are requested to use new version w.e.f. 24th July, 2011 (6.00 AM) as the current version of this form will be discontinued.  *MCA launches "User Complaints & Grievances". Users are requested to use this in lieu of MCA21 Helpdesk to log any Complaint/Query/Suggestion.  *Ministry has come out with an Exposure Draft on XBRL taxonomy for Commercial and Industrial (C&I) entities for filing their Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss Account. Please click here for the taxonomy.  *It has been observed that since DIN was made online, some professionals are certifying DIN form and attachments without exercising due diligence. Actions is being initiated against such professionals. Applicants are requested to ensure that all due procedures are followed at the time of making DIN application.

You can now use the link 'Public Search of Trademark' available on the MCA21 portal before applying for a company name to verify that the name is not subjected to any trademark or pending for trademark registration."
