An eForm can be downloaded form MCA portal and it can be saved in your local computer. An eForm can be filled offline without being connected to the Internet. The completely filled eform can be uploaded at the MCA portal. Downloading of eForm(s) does not require any fee. Payment, if applicable is made while uploading the filled eForm at the MCA portal.
Steps to upload eForm
Login to the MCA portal
Click on eForm Upload button under eForms tab, for offline filing of eForm
The Offline eForm filing screen appears. Following steps to file an eForm offline will be displayed.
Download the eForm for filling it later on your computer.
Prescrutinize the eForm.
Upload the completed eForm.
Click eForm Upload button. A page where you have to give the location of the form will be displayed.
Click on the Select File(s) button to search and select the file.
A message is displayed on successful eform upload. In case there are errors, they are also displayed.
Click on the Pay Fee button.
Select any one of the payment options (Credit Card, Internet Banking, Challan) and click on Submit button.
In case of credit card or Internet banking payments you will be directed to the respective bank’s web site to make the payment. After payment confirmation is received by the MCA portal, a receipt will be generated. You will get a message confirming the acceptance of the document(s) by the system.
To mention the fact that in case of challan payment, Ministry has decided to accept payments of value upto Rs.50,000, for MCA 21 services ,only in electronic mode w.e.f 27th March, 2011.For the payments of value above Rs. 50,000, stakeholders would have the option to make the payment either in electronic mode,or through paper challan.
