Download eForm

e-Forms can be downloaded from the MCA portal.

Steps to download e-Form(s)

1. Click on Download eForm link on the left hand side of the MCA portal.

2. All the forms categorized into different groups will be displayed. In each group the Description of form is followed by the name of eForm under the categories eForm with Instruction Kit and eform.

3. Click on the link under With Kit option to download the form along with the instruction kit which will assist you to fill the form.

4. Click on the link under eForm option to download the form without any instruction kit. 

5. You can open the form by clicking the Open button.

6. Click on the Save button, to save the form at your local computer.

7. Click on the Cancel button, in case you now do not want to download the e-form.
