To upload linked eForms, follow the steps below:

 

1. Login to the MCA21 application.

2. Click the MCA Services tab. The list of MCA Services is displayed.

3. Under e-filing, click the Upload eForms menu. The Upload eForms page is displayed.

4. Click the eForm Upload link. The eForm Filing page is displayed.

5. Click on Normal filing option or Resubmission SRN option as the case may be.

 

Note: Select the Resubmission option, in case you are uploading an eform that was marked for resubmission by MCA. When you are resubmitting an eform, in the SRN field, you need to enter the SRN of the eform marked for resubmission.

 

6. Check the Linked Forms option.

7. Click the Browse button to navigate and select the eform to be uploaded.

8. Click the Add more linked eForms button. Click the Browse button that appears in the second row, to navigate and select the linked eform to be uploaded. Follow similar process to upload more linked eforms. You can select upto 10 linked eforms.

9. Click the Upload button. The SRN is generated. Note this SRN for future reference.

10. Click the Close button of the Information Alert to proceed. The Transaction Details are displayed.

11. Click the Pay Later button to pay fee at a later time. Alternatively, click the Pay Fee button to continue and pay fees.

12. The Payment Options page is displayed. Select the desired payment option making payment of Fee. Make the payment. SRN is generated and displayed.

 

Note: Refer the Payment Services section to learn to make payment using this payment options.After you make the payment, a transaction receipt/acknowledgment is generated.

 

13. In case the eform attracts stamp duty, you will be prompted to pay stamp duty. Click the Yes button to continue and pay fees. . Alternatively, click the No button to pay fee at a later time.

14. The Payment Options page is displayed. Select the desired payment option making payment of stamp duty. Make the payment. SRN is generated and displayed.

 

Note: Refer the Payment Services section to learn to make payment using this payment options. After you make the stamp duty payment, a transaction receipt/acknowledgment is generated.

 

15. Click the Copy of eform/service Receipt button to view the receipt for eform payment.

16. Click the Copy of eStamp Receipt/Challan to view the receipt for stamp duty payment.
