To update a registered DSC before or after the expiry date of the DSC, for external agency users or a bank official, follow the steps given below:

 

1. Login to the MCA21 application.

2. Click the MCA Services tab. The list of MCA services is displayed.

3. Under the DSC Services, click the Update DSC menu. The Update DSC page is displayed.

4. Click the link to Update DSC for EAU’s or bank officials.

5. The service can be accessed without login to the MCA21 application.

6. Enter the user ID and name for whom the DSC needs to be updated along with the registered email id.

7. Click the Select Certificate button next to the New Digital Certificate field. Browse and select the new DSC.

8. Click the Update button. A message indicating DSC update will be shown.
