You can track the status of the investor complaint filed without logging into the system. To track complaint status, follow the steps given below:


1. Click the MCA Services tab. The list of MCA services is displayed.

2. Under the Complaints section, click the Track Investor/ Serious Complaint Status menu. The Track Complaint Status page is displayed.

3.  In the SRN field, enter the SRN of the eForm filed. Alternatively, in the Start Date and End Date field, select the date range (of note more than 7 days) for which you want to find that status of SRN.

4. Click the Search button. In case details do not exist in the system, then the following message is displayed – “No SRN Found”. In case the details exist in the system, the status of the complaint is displayed.
