This service accepts request for certified copy of a public document. Public documents are available for viewing by public on payment of a requisite fee. You can make a request for required documents, pay the requisite fees and physically visit respective RoC office to collect the certified copies. You have to place separate request for each company. To place a request to get a certified copy of a company document, follow the steps given below:

 

1. Login to the MCA21 application. When you login, select the Company option.

2. Click the Services tab. The list of MCA Services is displayed.

3. Click the Get Certified Copies menu. The Find Company/LLP page appears.

4. Select the Company or LLP option. If you have selected the Company option, enter any of the following search criteria for the company:

 

a. In the Company Name field, enter the company name.

b. In the Company CIN/FCRN field, enter the company CIN/FCRN.

c. Select the Country of Origin option. Select the India or Foreign option.

d. To search for a company/LLP based on Registration number, select the RoC name with which company/LLP is registered from the drop-down list and enter the registration number.

e. Select the state in which the company is registered in the State drop-down list.

f.   Select the company type in the Company Type drop-down list.

 

5. If you have selected the LLP option, enter any of the following search criteria for the LLP:

 

a. In the LLP Name field, enter the LLP name.

b. In the Company LLPIN/FLLPIN field, enter the LLPIN/FLLPIN.

c. Select the Country of Origin option. Select the India or Foreign option.

d. Select the state in which the company is registered in the State drop-down list.

 

6. Click the Search button. Based on the search criteria, the list of company matching the search criterion is displayed. The Company CIN/ FCRN/ LLPIN/ FLLPIN is a hyperlink.

7. Click the Company CIN/ FCRN/ LLPIN/ FLLPIN hyperlink. The Category List page is displayed. This page lists the different categories of documents available for companies and LLP. Some examples of document categories are Certificates, Charge Documents and Incorporation documents. Each document category is a hyperlink.

8. Click the document name under the Category list. The list of documents under the category will be displayed. Select the Document Name option.

9. Click the Continue button.

10. Select the Page Nos. option and the range of page numbers, in case you want to specify the page numbers of the document. Alternatively, select the All Pages option.

11. In the Number Of Copies field, enter the number of copies of the document needed.

12. Click the Get Fee Details button. The Fee Rate Details page is displayed.

13. Select the Select All option.

14. Click the Pay button. On the payment screen, select desired Payment Mode for making payment of Fee. You will be provided a Service Request Number (SRN) by the system.
