To register a DSC for yourself in the user role of manager/ secretary, follow the steps given below:

 

1. Click the MCA Services tab. The list of MCA services is displayed.

2. Under the DSC Services, click the Register DSC menu. The Register Digital Signature Certificate page is displayed.

3. On the right-side of the page, under the Related Links and Artefacts section, click the Manager / Secretary menu. The Register Manager’s/ Secretary’s/ Authorised Representative Digital Signature Certificate page is displayed.

4. In the Income Tax PAN field, enter your PAN number.

5. In the First Name field, enter your first name. The first name and other particulars on the page are to be entered of the manager/ secretary whose DSC is to be registered.

6. In the Middle Name field, enter your middle name.

7. In the Last Name field, enter your last name.

8. In the Date of Birth field, enter your date of birth.

9. In the Father’s First Name field, enter your father’s first name.

10. In the Father’s Middle Name field, enter your father’s middle name.

11. In the Father’s Last Name field, enter your father’s last name.

12. In the Mother’s Maiden Name field, enter your mother’s maiden name.

 

Note: Mother’s maiden name refers to mothers surname used before her marriage.

 

13. Click the Next button. The page is displayed with additional fields.

14. In the Email id field, enter your email id.

15. In the Digital Certificate field, attach your DSC. Click the Select Certificate button to browse and select the certificate.

 

Note: Please ensure that the selected DSC belongs to the applicant, whose particulars are being registered.

 

16. Click the I agree button to agree to the declaration that details furnished are correct.

17. Click the Submit button to register your DSC. Acknowledgement message is displayed.
