How can I make payment for transfer deed for the purpose of getting selling or buying of shares registered with the company?

The Transfer Deed service is available only after login.

You can make payment for transfer deed for the purpose of getting selling or buying of shares registered with the company. To make a payment for transfer deed, follow the steps given below:

1.      Click the Services tab. The list of MCA Services is displayed.

2.      Click the Transfer Deed menu. The Pay for Deed Transfer page appears.

3.      In the CIN field, enter the CIN of the company. Alternatively, follow the steps given below to search for the CIN:

a.      Click the Search icon. The CIN/LLPIN Lookup page is displayed.

b.      In the Company/LLP Name field, enter the company/LLPIN name.

c.      Click the Search button.

d.      From the displayed results, select the Company/LLP Name option.

e.      Click the Select button. The CIN and Company Name fields will be populated.

4.      In the Company Name field, enter the company name.

5.      In the No. of Deeds of amount more than Rs. 5000 field, enter the relevant value.

6.      In the No. of Deeds of amount less than or equal to Rs. 5000 field, enter the relevant value.

7.      In the Share Certificate Number box, enter the share certificate numbers.

8.      Click the Submit button. The Fee for Services page is displayed with fee details.

9.      Click the Pay button. On the payment screen, Select desired Payment Mode and for making payment of Fee. You will be provided a Service Request Number (SRN) from the system.
