Stakeholders to kindly note, the last date for submitting comments/suggestions on the Report of Committee on Digital Competition Law (CDCL) as well as Draft Digital Competition Bill under E-Consultation module has now been extended till 15th May, 2024.  || Stakeholders please note that 23,442 filings for CSR-2 form have happened in FY 23-24 as compared to 17,709 filings in FY 22-23  ||   Public comments are invited on Report of Committee on Digital Competition Law and Draft Digital Competition Bill.Report is available under the Section; Data and Reports -> Reports -> Library( Expert Committee Reports).Report and the draft bill shall be available under e.consultation module on 15.03.2024 for comments and suggestions.
